Best Damn Hoppy Beer contest

The Best Damn Hoppy Beer contest is back for its 6th year in a row. Just like last year there will be 2 contests!

Here's how it works...

Judged Competition

  1. Entrants must submit at least 24 oz. of bottled (or otherwise containerized) beer. Entry will be done at the registration table when you get there.
  2. All entries due by 6 PM.
  3. NO STYLE GUIDELINES! A panel of judges will select, based on their own tastebuds, the Best Damn Hoppy Beer!
  4. Prizes of some sort will be awarded at 8 PM.

People's Choice

  1. Entrants will register at the registration table when they arrive. The amount is up to you, but remember, the more you serve, the more votes you'll get!
  2. Entrants will be given a sign to post at their campsite showing that they're part of the People's Choice contest.
  3. NO STYLE GUIDELINES!
  4. Attendees to Hop Madness will be given one voting ticket each at the registration table when the register after arriving at Hop Madness. Give the ticket to the person whose beer you like the best!
  5. Attendees will wander from campsite to campsite where the People's Choice entrants will be giving samples of their wares.
  6. Prizes of some sort will be awarded at 8 PM.
